LEARN TO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER IN A PLAYFUL WAY.
As we have increasingly encountered problems with intergenerational understanding in the course of our counselling activities, it was important to us to develop an effective and, above all, realistic approach. As a lack of understanding and trust in each other's positions is often the cause of disagreements, we knew exactly how to approach and implement them. And since grey theory is only rarely able to bring people together effectively and sustainably, we opted for a playful and interactive approach.

The groups were led and guided through the game by our consultants - just as will be the case with our clients from now on. This was followed by a feedback round. Participants discussed and evaluated what lessons they learnt from the game and will take with them into their working lives.

The combination of a great location, super guests, games, fun and a good atmosphere made this year's summer and launch event an unforgettable evening. The positive feedback from those present really inspired and motivated us - we are already looking forward to the next event.
