15 Years of Die Umsetzer
A Look Back at Our Grand Anniversary Celebration - On September 19th, the time had finally come: 15 years after our founding, numerous guests gathered at the Salonplafond in Vienna to celebrate our big anniversary with us. Following the theme of our event, “We celebrate what was and what is to come,” the focus was not only on reflecting on the past 15 years but also on presenting a forward-looking, visionary event program that highlighted the next five years of our consulting firm.

Michael Köttritsch, head of the Management & Career department at the newspaper Die Presse, interviewed our managing directors, Cornelia Steven and Matthias Prammer. In a stimulating conversation about entrepreneurship, digitalization, and business learning, the two interviewees provided inspiring insights that sparked further discussions among our guests. In addition, the attendees enthusiastically exchanged ideas at the specially designed "Future Table," discussing skills, challenges, and opportunities in the future job market. They also had the chance to create memories for the future through our virtual Selfmade Gadgets. From an AI photo booth to VR glasses, our future vision tools provided interactive highlights and timeless souvenirs for us and our guests. Many long-time companions took the opportunity to use VR glasses and Mixed Reality to create digital wishes for the next five years of "Die Umsetzer." The evening was rounded off with delicious food, musical entertainment, and the wonderful atmosphere created by our guests.

"We are delighted that so many long-time clients, partners, and friends gathered in Vienna to celebrate with us. We are proud to have completed so many fantastic projects together over the past 15 years and would like to thank our clients and companions for their trust and loyalty. Now, we are ready to move forward with a visionary outlook, inspiring others with our forward-thinking business culture. Here’s to the implementation of many more exciting projects together in the future."
